This policy explains how Guangzhou Ouli Ge Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information, including data received from Amazon through the Selling Partner API (SP-API) when a seller authorizes our application.

1. Information we collect

• Seller account data from Amazon, only for sellers who authorize our application: selling partner ID, marketplace participation, listings and catalog data, prices, inventory, inbound shipments, order status and quantities, settlement and fee reports, and account performance metrics.
• Authorization credentials: the refresh token Amazon issues when a seller authorizes our application.
• Contact information that sellers give us by email, such as name, email address and phone number.

We do not request Amazon's restricted roles and do not collect buyer personally identifiable information such as buyer names, shipping addresses, phone numbers or email addresses.

2. How we use information

• To provide our application's features to the seller who authorized it: listing management, pricing, inventory and shipment management, order tracking, financial reporting and analytics.
• To respond to support requests and to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.

Data from one seller's account is used only for that seller. We do not use Amazon data to compete with sellers or with Amazon.

3. Sharing

• We do not sell, rent or trade Amazon data or seller information.
• We do not share Amazon data with third parties, except hosting providers that process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

4. Security

• Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest.
• Refresh tokens, client secrets and other credentials are stored in protected server-side configuration, never in source code or in the browser.
• Access to systems holding Amazon data is limited to authorized staff with unique accounts, strong passwords and multi-factor authentication.
• We maintain an incident response plan. Security incidents involving Amazon data are reported to Amazon at security@amazon.com within 24 hours of detection.

5. Retention and deletion

• We keep Amazon data only as long as needed to provide the service to the authorizing seller.
• A seller can revoke our access at any time in Seller Central under Manage Your Apps.
• After revocation, or on a seller's request by email, we delete that seller's Amazon data and refresh token within 30 days.

6. Your choices

Sellers can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Compliance

We comply with the Amazon Services API Developer Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Data Protection Policy.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
